Royal are a top crew and competitive quotes had been taken for the work and John A. was the only contractor who carried out a thorough ladder inspection for his quote and properly discussed all aspects of the work and to adhere to customer spec. with regard to type and quality of materials. Royal take pride in their work and as shows in their workmanship and John A. was also the only contractor as correctly explained e.g. the need for the right no. of roofing tile vents and good ventilation. Pitched tiled and traditional asphalt flat roofing was provided and the timber and lead work is top quality. Royal made a tidy job of rain water guttering also and all materials were handled well on site including managing the skip and deliveries. I'd recommend Royal to anyone needing roofing work and I'm glad that they were selected to do the work on our property as they have done a really good job, used best practice/materials and have left the job as it should be - finished and in good order.

Very pleased with the work. He videoed my roof to show the damage so that I knew exactly what needed to be done. He came out when he said he would. He then sent videos of the work being done and one when it was finished.... thank you John.... I would definitely recommend this company

We had struggled with other roofers who had tried and failed to fix a leek in our bathroom roof - John realised the source of the problem straight away and was very helpful explaining what needed to be done. Whilst fixing one problem he also noticed others that would be coming around the corner from previous poor workmanship - he showed us videos and explained what needed fixing. Lovely guys, very friendly and a pleasure to have around. The work was done quickly and professionally, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Responded very quickly to my initial contact, and the work was completed within 4 working days. I was very pleased with the standard of work and John explained to me what work was required so I could make an informed decision.

I could not recommend these lads enough. I've had previous people look at my roof and the problem wasn't fixed. The lads came out as soon as the weather was a little dry, took a video of the problem and got on with the work. I had a slight problem to the left of where it was leaking previously and once again as soon as the weather picked up came straight out and fixed it. Both lads were polite and got the job done. John and his mate were very professional. Did a brilliant job putting a new roof on our house. They arranged everything skip scaffolding was dropped off and picked up when they said.
