Ryan was great from start to finish, we came around the same day as I called and gave competitive quotes straight away taking time to talk me through the differences in drain survey services he offered. There was no hard sell, just honesty and openness. He offers a friendly and professional service, talked me through what the problem was, what he did and if there was any additional work, how much it would be. There was no hidden costs and he did a great job, was responsive and reliable.

Ryan was the third (and best) drainage person I’ve had to use in the last two-months. Firstly he was patient on the initial call back, making time to listen to my drainage issues and then giving me the option’s. Luckily he was available and got to me within several hours to investigate my sewage pipes with a camera, sent me the recording promptly and gave me options to fix (with associated costs and recommendations). I had a cracked and dropped sewage pipe causing the blockage. Ryan recommended a solution and was able to fix a couple of days later. My only drainage go-to person now.

Ryan arrived on time, sorted out the issue with the blocked gully efficiently, and kindly took the time to educate me on the configuration of my house's drainage. I’d exhausted basic DIY solutions so contacted Ryan late on a Saturday morning and he was with me a few hours later. Very quick response, clear communication, advised costs upfront and updated me when on way. Very polite, cleared blockage, checked all pipes clear and did camera check. He took his time to assess the situation and explain where the problems were stemming from; advising on which tradespeople manage what parts of plumbing/drainage. Even though he was not the right tradesperson for the specific job, he took the time to meet with me and offer his insight and advice. When I tried to offer compensation for his time and expertise, he even politely declined - sign of an honest, true professional. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within 1 hour, including use of rods and camera (which also helped identify a more long term issue that we were not aware of previously). Very tidy and courteous. RP Drainage provided a professional friendly service today, undertaking a thorough CCTV investigation of all drains to eliminate a potential blockage.

Ryan did a new soakaway in our rear garden as well as replacing some old worn out manhole covers. Ryan is extremely prompt, courteous and thorough in carrying out his work. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend 10/10!

Ryan was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to unblock my dad’s drain. Turns out a window catch was stuck in the pipe and unbelievably he worked until he had water jetted it out and was able to remove it. I totally recommend him. He was just so polite and kind to my 83 year old dad too! Thanks again.
