Did the job when he said he would Good communication Would recommend
We needed some remedial work to our roof mortar and ridge tiles and Rob recommended an alternative method to just replacing the mortar. This would make it maintenance-free for life and also look better across the whole roof. We were happy to go with this option and the difference is, indeed, much better. Rob turned up each time he said he would and was happy to take calls and return texts when we had queries. He's very pleasant, approachable and obviously knows his trade well. An estimate was provided via email within 24 hours so we were able to compare with other firms we approached. We would happily recommend Rob and were very satisfied with the work carried out.
