The work carried out was full replacement of soffits, fascias and guttering, together with some repair work to roof tiles. The approach to, and completion of, the work was thoroughly professional. We were kept fully informed of progress and where decisions or choices needed to be made we were consulted prior to work commencing. There were no hidden extras, and indeed some potential work proved not to be necessary and so was not done. All personnel were extremely friendly and polite, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rocky was really good to us and made an effort to work round our schedule. He found some other issues and sorted them free of charge which was so good of him.

RS Cladding replaced all felt and battens. They were able to skillfully reuse the existing tiles. Chimney stack re-pointed and new lead flashing. Work started very promptly and all completed within expected time frame. Dry verge on the ridge and end gables installed - delighted with the result. Looks really neat. Overall extremely pleased and would recommend.

After heavy rain caused some leaking into the house Rocky was the first person I called having used him before for a leaky garage and knowing he could sort the problem. He came round within an hour and put my mind at ease before coming back with his team a few days later to fix the leak and fit new guttering, soffits and facias which had been on our to do list since buying the house. I needed a new tiled roof on my 1785 terraced house. This included lead work, ridge tiles , slate tiles and new roof lining. Rocky Smith was very easy to work with. The workmen he used had all been with him for several years. They were punctual, hard working and polite. Rocky oversaw the job all the time they were there. The vibration of the hammering required on the roof battens caused a little plaster board damage to the ceilings immediately below. Rocky paid for this to be made good. I was very satisfied with his work and attitude and would recommend him.

We had a noise like scraping metal through the chimney when the wind blew. They responded quickly, had a good idea of what the cause might be and fixed it accordingly- very pleased.
