Ryan fitted a new radiator for me and also a new tap. I was very happy. He turned up when he said, was reliable and the work was priced fairly. He did a good job and everything has worked correctly since the jobs were done.

Ryan is brilliant - communicative, helpful and friendly. He has done quite a few jobs for us now, from fitting radiators to fixing pipes we've drilled through during a home renovation. We know we can always rely on him to come and look at/do a job we need - something we have struggled to find to be the case with other trades. Would absolutely recommend hiring Ryan for work needing to be done!

Ryan fitted a new boiler for me and that I could not be happier with but he also fitted a water pump for me, 2 months later the pump failed due to it being faulty he got strait onto the suppliers for me and got a replacement he then fitted it as soon as it arrived, I highly recommend RSW plumbing &heating.

Ryan came round to fit a new boiler, radiators, gas hob and to move some existing pipes. We are extremely pleased with the work he did, he was really nice guy, very helpful and will definitely be using him again.

Contacted Ryan to come round & disconnect a radiator & cap off the ends. Ryan showed up on time, he was quick and efficient. Really professional and tidied up after himself. I was really pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

Excellent at what he does would defiantly recommend. I had ryan round to do my bathroom start to finish rip out to the finished article. I was nothing but impressed at all stages he was very polite ,helpful and swiftly got the job done which we was very pleased about . The finish was precise and clean and can’t thank him enough for our beautiful bathroom. Very competitive pricing compared to other quotes that we had and will be the only plumber we use moving forward .

As you can see my bathroom is still in progress, Ryan had to change all pipe work, on the opposite side of the bathroom he installed a pillar tap, and run the pipe work under the floor and waste, for the new bath. I can only upload one picture, but we have had Ryan back a few times as the bathroom has been done in stages, he has also installed our shower for us and put in new pipe work for this. My husband and I are so pleased with his work, he is a very tidy, clean worker and very conscientious in the work he has done for us. He had a lot of respect for our property and was very polite too, which made us feel at ease, We would definitely have Ryan back for our plumbing needs and would 100% recommend him to friends and family.

Ryan initially said he would not be able to help for a couple of days. He then contacted me to say he would come the next day. Which he did. He needed to order some supplies to complete the job, he kept in constant communication and returned today to finish the job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Ryan fitted a Hive heating thermostat for us. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained and set up for us so we didn’t have to worry. Would highly recommend Ryan for any heating or plumbing work.

Had a leak in our boiler called RSW engineer was on site next day as promised, service and support was amazing, price was great, no mess. Had to order parts but was back on site as soon as the parts arrived as promised, I would definitely recommend RSW great service
