From the point of enquiry until final sign off, Rob kept us informed of all developments and kept to time and budget. They have even been back to inspect the work afterwards to ensure that we were still happy with work they carried out. We used Rob and his team to dig out a sloped Garden, install a sleeper retaining wall, lay two patio areas and renew broken fencing. We had previous quotes and Rob was significantly cheaper, however appeared very professional and not pushy on or first meeting. Our quote was supplied with detailed drawings so we knew what to expect - Not a scrawl on the back of a fag packet like others would provide. His team were punctual, met the deadline and although there were one or two items on my snagging list (to be expected) they were sorted without question and our property left clean and tidy. Rob, Paul and Reece were with us for 4 weeks and were always on time, polite, friendly and considerate. They ensured we always had access or that we knew if it was likely to be limited. We were kept up to date with progress and any changes due to bad weather. They finished on time with no unexpected extra costs. A lovely job overall. The curved brickwork on the patio wall is fantastic.
