Both dealing with Kate to try to arrange convenient times and Stephen when he came around to do both the quote and work was a pleasure. The work involved several smallish jobs but a couple presented a few challenges which Stephen was able to resolve. The advice he gave was good and the overall work was done to a high standard.

Didn't contact him through Checkatrade, found him on his website... Had an issue with our heating thermostat and programmer. Called Stephen and he answered straight away, came out when he said and fixed the problem within minutes of arriving! Had spare parts on the van so sorted straight away! Super Tidy too!! Will defo use him again!

What a great experience from start to finish. Steven is a polite friendly chap who knows his stuff. He had plenty of patience while we kept changing the job list and he helped in finding the right lighting for us. They were quick to install and we are over the moon with our end results. Steve and the team where excellent from start to finish. Steve visited our property to assess what was required and gave us a quote based on this. When the work started and it became clear that the original plan was not feasible Steve quickly came up with an alternative that still met all our needs. The worknwas completed quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruptions. They even managed to get power back on quicker to get other trades on site working again. A pleasure to deal with and a name I'll save for future

This was only one of two companies that got back to me with a site visit and quote. Stephen was by far the most efficient and responded quickly to any texts/messages/emails that I sent with queries. He took time to explain and listened clearly to what I wanted. The work was completed with a minimum of fuss and to a high standard. There was one tiny glitch and as soon as I contacted Stephen he came immediately and sorted it out very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! A quick response to my enquiry, clear communication throughout, booked in going to carry out EICR, updated with progress and report sent swiftly. Following my queries regarding further work needed, they called to talk to me and gave me honest and helpful guidance. The explanations regarding the report were helpful as I was unsure what a lot meant. I would thoroughly recommend them as the whole experience was excellent and well priced.
