Prompt response to initial query and came round to review issue almost straight away. Explained the plan clearly. Stuck to the quoted price even when work needed more time/materials than initially believed. Very happy.

I regret using SAG Roofing to re-felt our roof, and cannot recommend him. To the trader's credit he started when he said he would, but after that things deteriorated. He and his team were absent for days at a time, with no notice. He did not answer the phone, and several times made commitments to come that he did not keep. He took a month to complete a job involving about 4 or 5 days work. When he finished there were several issues I was not happy with, and I withheld part of the payment until these were corrected. Since leaving, I have found that one area of felting vibrates noisily in the wind.

Re-hired them to do another job for me on my flat roof, they did my main roof previously and I was very pleased with the job they done and even more now. Thanks again SAG Roofing. :)

SAG Roofing was one of several companies we asked to quote for repairs to the roof of our 1930’s mid-terrace house. I really liked the way that Sonny was happy to talk honestly about options without any hard sell. In the end, we went for a full replacement of our old sarking felt, guttering, and fascias, with the original tiles retained. They also rebuilt the roof over our bay window, and worked hard to keep this in the original style. Throughout the job, Sonny and his team were friendly and respectful. They clearly take pride in their work, and Sonny made sure I understood the work that had been done each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SAG Roofing to family and friends, and we plan to book them again to renovate the flat roof on our kitchen in the new year.
