Sam answered our message on the day I sent it to him (Saturday), came to look at the job on Sunday and then came out to complete the job on the Tuesday. He was extremely friendly, punctual and explained the job well. Sam was also very easy to communicate with and answered my messages promptly, would highly recommend him to anyone

First contact was excellent. He rang me on the morning to let me know when he was arriving. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem within mins and returned with the required part fitting it within the hour. Very polite, cleaned up after work was complete. I would highly recommend

Assessed the problem quickly , went out straight away to buy what was necessary to complete the job .Small plastering job carried out straight , even going above and beyond to skim a small area of plaster that was not part of the initial job . Sam and Steph transformed our out-dated bathroom into a magnificent shower room. We are delighted with both the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of these two very friendly people.

Sam and Steph came and did a quote for our shower to be plumbed via the boiler and take out our electric shower. They explained all options of the work as there were a number of ways it could be done. Once we accepted the quote Sam kept us completely updated with deliveries of items and dates and times of the work being carried out. There were extra tiles needed as it was easier to take the whole wall off rather than just a few. Sam kept us updated with what was going on and where the tiles were coming from etc. The job was still done in the allotted time even with a little extra work. I cant fault Sam and Steph and I'm so happy with the end result. It's hard to find trades people that are trustworthy in your home and I would have Sam back again for any more plumbing work we have.

Sam and Steph were absolutely brilliant from the minute I rang them. Will all the difficulties of Covid-19, they still managed to finish our bathroom off. They also replastered my stairwell and roof. I had a leak from my ensuite and caused a hole in my roof. I highly recommend ProFlow. We are now saving up to get out bathroom downstairs done with ProFlow. They are very knowledgeable. Although contact was limited through a door, they both kept me, my partner and daughter safe whilst fixing the hole in my floor and roof.

Sam came in response to me reporting low water pressure. He was in our house for less than five minutes and the problem was sorted. He didn’t change me a penny. Top lad.

I contacted these ladies on Wednesday as had been let down by another plumber. Sam got back to me super quick and managed to fit the work in for this morning. Steph came to plumb in a dishwasher for me. Everything was done to such a high standard and at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Sam and Steph are both so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a major pipe/drain blockage that meant water was coming up through my kitchen floor. They arrived quickly and knew exactly what to do (even though it wasn’t an easy job). I’m so happy the issue is fixed, and Christmas isn’t ruined! I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have!
