I cannot recommend Sean too highly. His work, which included rendering the chimney stack, repairing the valleys, sealing the loft conversion roof, instalation of a new grp resin roofing, installation of new facia board and installation of new dry verge to all roofs, was of the highest standard. He is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. My neighbours were so impressed with his work that they employed him for work on their roof.

The first time I met Shawn and the team I knew I was going to get a top professional service . Everything was broken down and explained to me in simple terms for me to understand. I contacted Shawn for him to look at my flat roof because it was leaking. He came out, looked at the roof and recommended a GRP roof. He took photos to show me where the issues where and provided an explanation of how GRP works. I was happy to go with his advice. We agreed a date for the work to be completed. Shawn and his team were very friendly, polite, espectful, punctual and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I needed some brickwork repointing and they where recommended by a mutual contact. Professional and very friendly, top quality work. Would 100% use again.

Originally was called out to fix some broken fascia; however we knew there would be other issues as the roof hadn't been touched in years. Fixed the initial issues and was clear and precise, with pictures, of additional stuff found. Offered a quote without pressure to agree to work and made me feel very comfortable to be able to say no. Asked them to do the additional work, which they did quickly and thoroughly. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would not recommend this company. We had problems with damage to the driveway, poor fitting fascia/gutter assembly, poor quality pointing and many other issues. During three months of chasing, six times they promised to call out but failed to turn up. Only with the intervention of a third party did they eventually turn up. They offered solutions that were far from suitable so reluctantly we decided to have nothing more to do with them. Our confidence and trust has been completely shattered. It will be necessary for us to employ an alternative company to rectify things. Some other issues: CCTV cable slashed during raking out of mortar - no compensation offered. Wet mortar deposited in domestic waste bins by employee. Cigarette stubs littering the lawn and patio. Some old mortar not raked out prior to repointing. Side drain blocked due to mortar from the pointing being hosed down it.

Very pleased with the work they did. We saw them working on a neighbours house so knew the work was good. They were hard working and nice.

Great service and quality work from Shawn and his dad. We had some damage from the most recent storms and the loft was left exposed as a result. Shawn fitted me in in less than 24 hours and the roof is secure and the work was top notch. Whenever I speak to him he is polite and courteous and can't do enough to help.
