"Sam is a professional. Communication, punctuality, quality of work and tidiness - everything you could ask for. Our south-facing wall has been showing signs of damp for a couple of years and when I eventually traced it down to failing pointing I put out feelers to find someone who would do the job. After much frustration dealing with a local time-waster I turned to Checkatrade and Sam came to our rescue. He did a fantastic job, and now that the Autumn rain has come I am so pleased! Thankyou Sam!"
