Josh fitted a new bathroom for us in March 2022. We are delighted with his work which was carried out to a very high standard, and which he clearly took pride in. Since then he has carried out a range of other work for us and for our son, including fitting a new boiler. We find Josh to be trustworthy, reliable and diligent. His prices are very fair and he responds promptly to calls, and always turns up on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had just bought our house which needed a complete re-plumbing job. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and helped us decide the best approach for the size of the house we had. Once Josh got to work, he worked hard! The re-plumbing job was done within a week, which meant the rest of the renovation project remained on time. Josh's after care service is also second to none, he checked up on us to make sure everything was running smoothly, and didn't hesitate to come over if requested at no extra charge. Josh's overall service, hard working nature and attention to details, puts him well ahead of any other trade person I have used before, and I will always pass business his way. Since this job. Josh has also completed work on the ensuite and 2 bathrooms... and we couldn't be happier!

Josh fitted our hive heating with two zones and completed a service of our boiler. He did an amazing job so a few months later we needed another plumbing job and did not hesitate in contacting him. Again he fixed the issue! Would recommend him to anybody.

I've used Schofield Gas and Heating services a number of times these last 2 years. The biggest job was a full en suit refit, but I've also used them for radiator upgrades and boiler servicing. They're always easy to contact and answer any of my questions. Their workmanship is of an excellent standard, and always leave the house impeccable. Any plumbing or heating issues, they're the only number I need to ring.

Josh did a job for my elderly mum. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated his patience with my mum as she asked him a lot of questions while he was working, which he answered clearly and politely. Mum was very pleased with him too, we will definitely use Josh again when we need his services.

Over the last few years, Josh has completed a variety of plumbing jobs around my home and provides my annual boiler service. He is professional, punctual, reliable and his rates are competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh, especially to those who have a workman phobia like I do.

Josh has carried out a number of small projects for me: boiler service, install Hive control system, repair leaking toilet cistern, replace bathroom radiator with towel rail, install shower equipment, install kitchen swivel tap. There are a number of other upcoming projects which I will ask him to carry out as he is very reliable, punctual - if he is running late he will contact and give eta, and good value for the money. I haven’t had to pay a callout fee and payment is on receipt of invoice next day by bank transfer! Truly he is a star plumber/heating engineer!

Josh came out straightaway to fix a leak. He was super polite and professional, very efficient and knowledgable, also very neat and tidy work! I will be going to him first in future for all the gas and plumbing jobs I need doing - very highly recommended.

Very impressed with Josh - not just for his great communication and making my job (as a landlord needing work done in conjunction with my tenant) much easier, but he did a quality job too! On top of that, he saved me money by not replacing something I'd asked him too, as it wasn't necessary - but he also reported other issues outside his remit that he'd noticed that might need my attention - and after consulting me, was able to sort those out for me as well! All in all, very helpful, very polite, punctual & excellent price for a great service - I'll certainly use Josh again!

Josh was recommended by a previous bathroom fitter when I needed a plumber for a running toilet. He came when expected, ordered the part necessary and arrived back to fit it all on time. A very pleasant, polite and tidy worker who I will be happy to use again.

Josh came out to fit an outside tap with isolation valve for us. From first contact, he was clear about the requirement, how much he expected the work to cost and when he could come to do the work. He arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently and left without any clue he had been other than a lovely external tap as requested. I’ll be contacting Josh first next time we need some plumbing work done as it’s the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumber. Thank you Josh!
