Best experience I have had with a builder. Stumbled across Sean D Winchester Building Services after bad experiences with tradesmen over the years, and recently. Was sceptical having been let down due to poor workmanship, inflated charges or no shows. Sean and his team were were none of these. Turned up on time, priced the job, respected the property and produced quality work which exceeded expectations. We have a number of projects in the pipeline and will definitely use Sean D Winchester Building Services again. Hopefully they will be available. I recommend them.

We had work done in our bathroom & have been nothing but impressed by this company. We came upon them by word of mouth & are thankful that we found them. The work has been completed to the highest standard by a friendly and polite team who are hardworking & helpful. Nothing is too much for them or the people they contract in to do work for them e.g. the electrician & plumber. Everything was cleared away & left tidy at the end of each day which was impressive & very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have building works carried out at their home.

Sean and his team recently replaced my garage roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The job involved a tricky design with one side tiled and the other felted, but they delivered a really smart, professional finish. From start to finish, the work was carried out to a very high standard. They kept everything tidy throughout the job and cleaned up properly afterwards. I’ve used Sean before and he’s consistently reliable, skilled, and professional. Once again, he didn’t disappoint. I would have no hesitation recommending him as the first point of call for any roofing or building work.

From start to Finish, Sean and his team were very professional clean and tidy. They took great pride and precision in their work to get the best professional finish. I am very pleased and great full how hard they had worked throughout being very cautious of our property and personal belongings whilst knocking through our chimney breast to open up our fire place. Sean quoted for the work in bit sized chunks as requested by us and as always did the jobs as quoted, on time and to a very high standard. At every step of the way he involved us in decision making. At the end of each day, the site was left clean and tidy and all the waste was quickly removed from site. We are very pleased.

The kitchen installed by Sean and his team is everything I dreamed it would be. He was patient and understanding when I was deciding on tiles and flooring. He advised me in advance of timings for different specialists including the electrician, plasterer and cabinet installer. Sean saw the two week project through from planning stage to completion with an exceptional standard of professionalism. I was consulted and informed at all stages. The work was carried out very efficiently with minimal disruption. They kept the area as clean as possible and thoroughly vacuumed at the end of every day. Every workman was friendly and polite, put me at ease and I had every confidence in them from the start. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality and have been installed perfectly. The finish is beautiful and I could not be happier or more impressed!

It's rare to find a builder who is so well organized, efficient, honest, reliable & trustworthy. He & his team were prompt & hard working throughout. Ours was a major downstairs conversion impacting on the whole house. Much care & consideration was given to us throughout. Sean has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the building trade. He was adaptable where it was necessary for plans to change. He kept us informed at all stages & all work done was at a fair price. His attention to detail of all aspects is exemplary. We're so pleased with the end result & highly recommend Sean & his team.

This is the fifth major project Sean has undertaken for us. The quality of the work undertaken by the team is excellent. They are prompt, tidy, courteous and hard working. Sean ensures the estimate of time and cost is upheld. Any problems discovered are discussed in full and you are involved in making decisions as necessary.

We recently had Sean and his team install a new garden fence, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results! It's rare to find honest and reliable tradespeople/builders etc, but Sean and his team were both reliable and professional, putting our minds at ease as the work was being completed. They were punctual everyday, worked efficiently and left our home and garden spaces clean and tidy. The job was completed on time, and the fence has made all the difference to our garden space this Summer. Highly recommend Sean and his team and will definitely be using them in the future.

Sean arrived on time as expected and gave me a quote for the work I requested. He gave me a date to begin and end the project and he stuck to this. Everyday he arrived on time ready for a prompt start. Both he and his colleague worked hard and kept me updated at all times at what was happening. They tidied the garden, path and drive as they went along. Both were polite and easy to talk to and have around.
