My boiler / water tank was making alot of noise I thought it was going to leak! Mat was able to find the issue with the boiler and fix it - he also explained what to do in an emergency
Simon attended to our boiler this morning, and managed to diagnose the issue and get the parts on order quickly. He was professional and friendly and all in all, a 10/10 service. Would highly recommend!
Service plus replaced my shower unit and screen. I was very happy with the work as my shower was leaking. The engineer was Estelle polite and took the old screen and unit away without my even asking - would recommend I’m planning the replacement of my downstairs shower so will definitely use them again. And so clean

For many years, we have had our house and contents insured through Saga and as part of this policy, Service Plus carried out an annual service on our central heating boiler. However, Saga increased their annual premium considerably so we looked elsewhere and also decided to organise our own boiler service independently. We had no hesitation in using Service Plus as they have always been very friendly, efficient and reliable in the past. They had started a new offer that day so I booked them immediately. Simon carried out a full service the next day for just £75. Top offer. Top bloke!
As part of insurance a boiler service is included. Central heating and hot water we’re working fine. During first visit engineer discovered gas leak and cut off boiler. After leaks repaired by gas board engineer returned and stated parts needed. Next visit fitted parts and showed working. Next day no hot water or central heating. Different engineer attended stated wrong wiring. After correcting heating and water working. 24 hours later no water or heating. Call Monday morning after no working and telephonist very unhelpful refers me to insurance company not interested in predicament. 13 days.
The plumber is very knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly
After we'd been away for a week, we came back to find our boiler had locked itself out due to a blockage in the condensation pipe. Called out ServicePlus, visit arranged the same day and the problem was sorted. We were kept informed with calls ahead of the visit, advising arrival time, the engineer was super polite and got us back up and running in no time. Can't recommend enough.

Simon and Jack from Service plus came out on Friday to fix our heating problem. They arrived promptly and were very professional and knowledgeable throughout. They diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. Amazing service, would highly recommend them.
Service Plus also came in November 2024 with Matt the boss attending. All very efficient and explained clearly what he was doing. This time a teammate arrived, at 20 yrs old he quickly assessed the problem explaining which part he needed to get. Very knowledgeable at young age again answering any questions I had and obviously enjoys his job. In all nice, friendly guys.
My boiler broke down and needed three visits to get it going again. I had two engineers and both were very reliable and efficient. They were polite and helpful and worked well. It was a pleasure to meet them. They were very apologetic about needing to wait for new parts although it was not, of course, their fault.
Jack’s professionalism was evident from the start. He promptly diagnosed our boiler’s issue as a faulty water pump. Instead of scheduling a return visit, he immediately sourced the necessary part and returned within 45 minutes. After efficiently installing the new pump, Jack thoroughly tested our central heating system and left the area spotless. His dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommended.

Service Plus were called for emergency water leak from hot water cylinder under household insurance policy. They arrived next day 30 December in the morning & stopped the leak & advised new hot water cylinder required (no surprise as old one was 30 years old). Was quoted for new like for like replacement and work carried out on 2 January. Job was completed very professionally to my satisfaction. Plumber also identified a leaking roof. Work completed very fast considering it was Christmas & New Year. Highly recommend them.
