We were very impressed with the work carried out on our roof recently. The roofers quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us why our roof was leaking. They worked all day to repair the problem and cleared all the materials away leaving a very neat job.

I used Simon to remove and reset my roof ridge tiles. He was friendly, professional and prompt from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We were really impressed with Steve and his team. S H Roofing did the lead work on our Victorian bay window (step flashing and mop roll lead hips). We would recommend to friend and will have them back for future roofing jobs.

Steve was brilliant! I contacted 3 companies to replace a ridge tile, 1 faffed around not giving me a quote and had already started telling me he could see 'other problems', before he'd got on the roof, the other didn't turn up at all when he was supposed to or even call, then Steve turned up, on time down to the minute, quoted a very reasonable price within 5 minutes and had the job done the next day! If you need your roof doing, don't go anywhere else :)

Steve, followed up with me numerous times (despite me not having a great phone reception!). He did the work within the week to a great standard. Would happily use again.

Steve was clear in his explanation about what needed to be done to renovate the roof on our 1920's house. His honesty and common sense approach was very refreshing and at no point was he pushy or pressurising. We trusted Steve's opinion and guidance and 10 weeks later (a busy roofer is a good roofer), after only four days on site (thanks to good weather), our new roof is on and looks fantastic. Steve's workmen, Adam and Kane, are two really nice chaps, they were polite and courteous, kept us informed of progress each day and kept the area clean and tidy. Having Steve do our roof has been a very good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend SH Roofing. Worth noting is that Steve asks for no money up front - you pay when the work is done.

We lost some roof tiles in one of the January storms so needed it fixing ASAP. Steve came around within a couple of hours to assess the job and was also able to reassure me that no water was getting in. Two days later his team turned up and did the repairs (having being able to source some new tiles as ours are not made any more). They also made some smaller repairs by replacing a couple of pre-existing split tiles on another part of our property and patched up the edges to our garage where the cement had cracked and fallen away. Steve was also prepared to provide a split quotation for the work so we could claim for the storm damage from our insurers. Overall, very impressed with the response and quality of the work.

Came and refitted my ridge tile even though I wasn't going to be home to pay him. Did a good job and I wouldn't have known he had been except for the fixed roof. As he was then away called back two weeks later for his money. Cannot fault his work.

Really impressed with how quickly S.H. Roofing came to fix a storm damaged ridge tile. Even more impressed that they also spotted and replaced a broken tile that I was unaware had a crack in it. Friendly and polite, particularly helpful when you have a poorly baby in the house! I would 100% recommend and would definitely use S.H. Roofing again if needs be.
