Great contact and communication with Angelo throughout. Chris arrived exactly when he said he would, was extremely courteous, solved the leak quickly at my Mothers house on the Friday evening before Christmas. An out of hours call out so it was slightly expensive however I was made aware of the cost upfront and was offered a core day alternative however we needed the leak sorted asap. I can’t speak highly enough about both the work and service and would highly recommend. Shaws will now be my “go to” plumbers for any future work. Thank you Chris and Angelo.

We were booked a same day appointment when we first contacted the company and Chris was able to quickly identify the issue and put a temporary fix in place u til he could get the parts - which was great as we had been without heating for a while. Angelo was incredibly quick at responding to any emails we had and quickly got Chris booked back in to complete the repair when the parts came in. We also booked a boiler service. Very happy with the services provided and reasonable pricing for the quality of work delivered. Would use them again and recommend to others.

I received an email almost immediately following my request for a call out, and an appointment booked for the next day. Chris was very punctual in fact a bit early. The problem with a dripping valve on the water tank was identified and replacement safety valves required. The parts were ordered and replaced within 2 days. Chris is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely use Shaws again if we have any problems.

Disappointed, I booked a service for 4pm. This was changed to 2.30, then 12pm which was not good to me. After a few calls, it was back to 2.30. The engineer came to the door without any equipment. I got the impression he was in a rush. And didn't really have time for me. He said he might have to remove the top of the boiler & as there was a wooden cover I needed to book another appointment. I said I could remove it in a couple of minutes but he wasn't interested. After more discussion, it was obvious the service wasn't going to happen. I asked him directly & he said no. So I told him to leave.

Chris and Angelo came to remove and replace some old radiators. The work required some additional pipe work and they did a great job! Would definitely recommend to others as they were reliable, kept us in the loop, and were really efficient. They also kept the place tidy which was superb.

Shaws responded virtually immediately to our request for an inspection and estimate, and sent an engineer within days. He actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We then ordered a new tap under his recommendation, and arrived to carry out the installation within 24 hours of receipt. The work was quick, very efficiently carried out, and left clean and tidy. All our dealings with the company were friendly and helpful, and the speed which the matter was dealt with from initial response to completion of the work was exceptional.
