"As soon as I contacted Ian he replied immediately and came round to give me a quote for the work required. The quote was reasonable. Ian came when he said he would. He sourced and purchased all the products required e.g. taps sink etc. There was a problem with the sink and the waste pipe sent which Ian sorted. He also identified a problem with the mains stop tap and contacted STWA on my behalf which resulted in a new tap being fitted. I would use Ian again."
