Simple Floors

I use simple grass/simple floors for all my flooring needs. I have had artificial grass and flooring throughout my house fitted by them. They are always punctual, tidy and courteous. I can highly recommend them.

Steve and his team we’re brilliant. They were on site exactly when they said they were going to be. They worked all through the day without a break, and finished ahead of schedule. They restored my faith in using a new tradesman.

We thought Simple Grass were great. Really approachable and easy to get a hold of when you had any questions. Upon our first meeting, Steve took the time to really go through the work and come with suggestions and advice which was very helpful. They followed the timeline and the finished job was just what we hoped for. We would definitely use Simple Grass again.

Steve came round with lots of carpet samples of different values to choose from. I had been a bit apprehensive about using a company without a showroom but it worked really well and was much more convenient. Steve then measured up and provided a quote which was very competitive. Fitting was then arranged at a convenient time for me around school runs and Craig came and fitted the carpet. It looks great! A brilliant service from a local company.

first class professional service from start to finish You purchase goods from the person whom calls at your address not the company they work for. First meeting with Steve it was decided not to look any further and future callers to give estimate were cancelled. We liked his sales technique no pon pushy he was polite genuine and understood what we needed. Promised a written estimate the following day which we accepted and the go ahead for the work was given Day of fitting Fitters arrived on time and within 4 hours we were walking on new carpets first class fitting assisted in the removal of the furniture removed all old flooring They worked without stopping for 4 hours very satisfied customer and would recommend this company as they were professional, polite and very helpful

I contacted Steve with an urgent request as my property needed carpeting for new tenants. He quoted for and completed the job within 3 days. Craig was the fitter and did an excellent job. Brilliant finish

I needed someone to restrech a landing carpet and no one else was interested as it was a small job. These guys were brilliant and I’m looking for them to lay some laminate next year as they were so professional would definitely recommend there expertise

I'm using eco-friendly flooring products for bathroom and bedroom, which aren't the easiest to work with, but Simple Floors did a great job fitting them

Excellent customer service and very helpful. The fitters who attended were very friendly and helped move furniture around and left everything clean. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again
