Found them to be very trustworthy. Our roof is very difficult to access and view so Simpsons provided photographic evidence of the work that needed doing and explained what the problems were and what work was needed to make the repairs. They also provided 'after' photos as evidence of the work carried out. They were extremely courteous and considerate and made sure the site was clean and tidy when they finished.
Tony replied to my request for a quote the same day and came in person to view the job. I appreciated the time for him to do that. Quote was fair, the job was well done, clean and tidy.
Tony came to do two tasks and found a problem with my top tiles and next door which he fixed. Also completed the two tasks for us very well and has resulted in no more problem from pigeons for us and next door. (now over 8 months later) Again he supplied images of before and after the work. No mess in the house although all his equipment had to be carried through. Great job for us. Particularly tricky bit of lead work.
Tony was on time and done a great job even what out of his way to find the best tiles to mach in to my roof
Tony was on time cleared up at the end of everyday leaving us tidy work was completed to a very high standard will recommend to all family and friends
