When you need a job doing properly, you need someone you can trust. Spray foam in my attic was what I needed removing. Not an easy job, and not a pleasant one to do. There’s a few people out there that say they will do it for you, but can you trust them? I found Smart Solutions 365. From my experience I can highly recommend this company to do it for you. They don’t ask for any up front money. They will show you what they have done after each stage. They clean up properly after them and they are nice people to deal with. Genuine recommendations are sometimes hard to find. This is one from me.

Excellent professional service and work carried out to a very high service

Our whole process went very smoothly. Surveyor checked our loft which had had spray foam removed poorly. Once they had finished, three and a half days later, it looked great. They removed more foam from behind a poor quality silver insulation foil that the previous company had been recommended. The new workman were great, friendly, hard working and neat and tidy. They removed the foil, treated the timber, replacing it with Hybris Actis . Floor insulation was also removed and updated. It was great to feel that our ordeal with the spray foam was over.

All aspects of the work from the initial enquiry and survey, right through to the spray foam removal, and the installation of the Actis Hybris insulation was done to our complete satisfaction. Perfect. We needed spray foam insulation removed from my late uncles house. The industry is a nightmare to navigate with a lot of dishonest traders. We found Smart Solutions 365 and were able to verify their honesty. Great communication throughout. Work was completed on schedule, and although unexpected repair work was required no further charge was made on top of the quote. During the work we had a surveyor visit and he confirmed all was done to a very high standard. We got a warranty and photos of high quality workmanship. The estate agent has said he will only recommend this company now.

Smart Solutions carried out removal of the Open cell insulation at our property. Very competitive quote, efficient work carried out by a friendly and trustworthy team. Work completed within two days, all waste cleared and removed from site. All completion paperwork provided swiftly as arranged and photos of work done were provided.. All in all a great job do e and would highly recommend.

After 4 other initial consultations, the moment we had the initial consultation from Ryan who explained the whole process, we knew this was the company we would use. Kyren and Ross arrived Monday/ Tuesday at 8am and worked until 6pm, they rarely took any breaks, they were punctual, polite, friendly and respectful. They explained the stages of work they would be doing and asked us to check the progress each night, Wednesday they arrived at 8 and finished the job at 2pm, they tided and hovered the landing/stairs before they left each day. Having gained a number of quotes for roof insulation removal , Ryan visited and gave a really comprehensive explanation of the work that was required, the process to be undertaken and reassured us about how it would be done. Every detail could be checked and clarified , reflecting their honest and open approach. The fitters / removers were fantastic - prompt, professional and friendly - felt very comfortable with them in my home. Jamie was very good at explaining the spray foam removal process and how the new insulation worked. The three men worked hard despite the summer heat and tidied up very well. I like the information pack and photos supplied after the work was completed. It seemed like a professional job (which is not always the case these days.)
