After waiting several Months due to the lockdown this kitchen was well worth the wait! Communication was excellent as was the standard of work produced by Alex. There was a problem with the size of the cupboard for the integrated dishwasher which had been sent. Alex managed to sort it out for us and it looks great! He has absolutely transformed our kitchen and his work is of very high standard. He was punctual, very polite and got on with the job in hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex.

Brilliant job from start to finish. Couldn't fault anything. Had a couple of issues with the kitchen which we bought ourselves, but this wasn't an issue for smart line, they fixed the issues. All in all the job turned out perfect.

Alfie has a genuine interest in creating well designed bespoke kitchens. As with most designs, the devil is in the detail and Alfie is the best person to help you get that detail right.

Extremely competent, with a 'can do attitude'. Was a delight to have in our home, which is important when having lots of work done and many contractors around. Alex was onsite for a week, exactly as he anticipated.We have had our entire house renovated with various tradespeople and I can say with absolute confidence that he was by far the best person we've had in our home.He was unintrusive, polite, tidy and really got his head down and got on with the job.We had great communication with him all the way through,from our first phonecall to the finished job and he even came back weeks later to tighten a couple of door screws that my daughter had managed to pull! - great customer service and would definitely use/recommend Smartline again in the future
