Really happy with the work Sam and his team did on our bathroom. We were doing a full revamp - ripping everything out and starting from scratch - and it was such a smooth process. Sam handled all the moving parts and kept us informed every step of the way and the whole thing was done inside a week. We also really appreciated Sam’s attention to detail. He checked in regularly, made sure everything was up to his standards and kept us updated as things went along. It made the whole process feel stress-free and we always felt like the work was in good hands.

Great job- looks amazing Easy to communicate with-

Radiators were fitted and function well. I was not told beforehand that I would lose the old boxing (which served as skirting board) underneath the living room radiator. They had to return to fix a tile they cracked. However, I was left with a shower that is either much too hot or extremely cold. I have asked for it to be looked at and get no response. I shouldn’t have been so trusting and paid the full amount before they had sorted out the issues. Further, I noticed (later on when doing my accounts) that Sam quoted £3,092.38 inc VAT but charged me £3,133.20 inc VAT so OVERCHARGE

Honest, realistic advice helped my decisions going forward. We kept in contact ahead of exchange & completion dates to ensure we could make the bathroom as functional as soon possible and now it looks much brighter, fresher and inviting. From start to finish, i cannot fault Sam! From a quick response to my initial message to discussing the work i wanted done, providing me with a very reasonable quote to helping me and guiding me to get materials at a great price everything was made very easy with great communication. When the work started Sam always arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard and the tiler he used was also great and provided quality workmanship. Definitely recommended!

Good communication throughout, from getting a quote through to finishing the work. Sam has made an excellent job in removing the old bathroom and replacing it with a brand new one. He kept me informed about how work was progressing and said when there may need to be changes to the plan if problems arose. The finished bathroom is amazing. He was here on time and put a lot of hard work and effort into the job and very particular to ensure the job was done right.

Quick to respond, excellent service, replaced tub panel and shower screen without damage to any existing fittings. New tub is high quality and well fitted. All this was completed within a week of initial contact too, so speed was great. Would highly recommended
