They gave a comprehensive explanation of the work to be carried out, with solid reasons for their choice of materials and methods. SNUG were not the cheapest, but we think they gave the best value. Communication throughout was excellent - telling us what would happen and when - and it all went as they said. All the workmen were great - friendly and professional. They cleared up after themselves. The new roof looks great and the standard of the plastering is superb. Very happy with everything."

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
