I had concerns with my front and back chimney stacks plus required a new roof. Being in a conservation area I required someone with a sound knowledge base. Oskars arrived on time and with the drone. After taking photos with the drone and checking my loft i got a very detailed insight to the work required. He understood the rules and regulations with conservation areas. I was kept up to date when scaffold/skips etc was arriving and continually updated on the progress of the work being done due to really poor weather at the start. The staff were so friendly, professional and hard working. I now have two chimney stacks and slate tiled roof that look fantastic. I have a dry and very warm house with the building regulation certificate organised and signed off. Overall our experience using Solihull Cladding to re-roof our house was exceptional. The initial survey was extremely thorough, using a drone to view the roof. This identified an additional issue with the chimney mortar right from the start. They then worked with us - through several visits and phone calls - to decide the finer details of the work to be carried out, giving helpful advice while also considering our preferences and budget. The team completed the work to a very high standard. They were hard working, punctual, reliable, and polite. The attention to detail of the whole team was excellent. For example, after the scaffolding was taken down the company visited again for a final inspection and to touch up paintwork. The finished roof looks great and the upgraded insulation has truly made a difference to the warmth of the house. Furthermore, the work was completed in accordance with building regulations, inspected by building control, and a completion certificate provided.

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their re roof doing. Right from the first contact to the job finished, I found all the team were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional in my experience. I found it a positive and amazing experience that there are tradesman that you can trust to get on with the job to a high level finish. The advice and recommendation I received by the roofer made me consider things I would not of known and got them done all at once rather than dealing with it later and costing me more. I wish all tradespeople and companies were like this company and highly recommend to anyone who needs a new roof doing.
