I have used SOS regularly over at least the last 5 years ,everytime the job has been done to how I have actually specified. Always leaves every thing spotless and tidy . Perfect everytime
I was really impressed and I will be using this company again for a second project. I dealt with John who turned up as promised to estimate the work. The estimate was competitive and fair and arrived within a few days of John coming out. Some very last minute changes were dealt with easily and with no bother. They turned up as promised and on time. The work was carried out to a really high standard. I’m really pleased with the work.
John and his team carried out full landscaping, patio and artificial grass to our garden. Very impressed with the result. John kept us up to date throughout and the garden was finished to a high standard . Would definitely recommend

We needed block paving leading to a side gate and underneath an EV charger. John provided a competitive quote, and arrived on time on the day, carrying out the work over two days. John and Mike were polite, friendly and efficient, and the quality of the finished product is excellent. John and his 2 colleagues, did an amazing job, very polite, punctual, tidy, the finished job looks fantastic, myself and hubby are soo pleased with the finished product. Plus they completed work during a heat wave. Would definitely recommend to others.
I do not recommend this company I had an awful experience. The tradesman came to my home, rushed the work and then walked out leaving the work unfinished. They refused to return, refund, or put things right as promised in writing. Despite sending in all my evidence, they ignored me and blocked me. I entered mediation through this website thinking it would resolve the issues, but please be aware, mediation only works if both parties agree. If there is no agreement, there is nothing further they can do. Please be cautious when hiring this company.

Very friendly, polite, hard working staff that put up our new garden steps in just one day. Very pleased with the result and would definitely use this company again. They worked really well and really hard on one of the hottest days of the year.
