I had a blocked drain from my kitchen. Called this company and the phone was answered straightaway. Explained the problem and Lee advised he would be with me within an hour, which he was. Price was quoted before any work was undertaken and that was the price paid. Work was quickly completed satisfactorily and the area left tidy. Lee is a very friendly chap and explained everything that he done. Should I ever need any similar work carried out in the future I would not hesitate to use this company.

Contacted at 8am, visit arranged for pm same day. Work carried out and completed by 3pm. Informed 20 minutes prior to arrival. First rate service by someone who knew what he was doing. Also useful advice given should any further problems arise. I would recommend this firm again without hesitation and will use them in the future should we need them. The work was to replace a leaking water pipe so as it was underground I can’t take a picture of it although they did put a new stopcock in a more accessible place. Excellent work from Steve & his team. They did the job very quickly & left the site as if it hadn’t been disturbed at all. Very happy with SOS & can thoroughly recommend them.

Originally called SOS out to clear blocked drains - which was done with minimal disruption and the garden path washed down afterwards. Requested a further cost to carry out garden clearance and this was more than reasonable so asked them to proceed with those works also. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I found that the drains outside my property were overflowing, and having seen SOS in the area, I gave them a call. They arrived that afternoon, about an hour and a half after calling, which was good, considering it was a Saturday evening. They jetted my drains clear, washed all the mess away and carried out a camera survey all within an hour. I was very impressed.

One of many companies that I contacted having being notified by Severn Trent that I had a water leak under my property and being served with a Section 75 notice. I went with SOS Group Services following a recommendation, and after a number of other companies either failed to show up or seemed like they were ‘kicking the tyres’, not being able to provide a definitive quote. SOS came around, provided a reasonable quote, done the job amazingly and invoiced the agreed price. Not only that, the 2 chaps that I dealt with were genuine and extremely hard working. Mary in the office was equally as impressive. I should add the leak I had was under a red stone tiled floor; the team were able to delicately extract and salvage most of the tiles and colour the concrete to a very similar colour where tile replacement was not possible. Severn Trent came back around after the works to inspect and commented that the quality was at the very higher end they had seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to use SOS again

We have used SOS Group Services for around 48 years. They have always been efficient and prompt with all the work they have undertaken and they leave the area clean and tidy. The work they have dealt with includes plumbing, electrical, glazing and building works. I can highly recommend them.
