We have used South Coast Boiler Services over several years for boiler + Gas Safety checks. In that time, they have also installed inspection hatches, removed/ remounted/ installed radiators for renovations, and sourced boiler parts to allow for repair rather than replacement. All work has been done to a high standard at a competitive cost, and in a timely, tidy & polite manner. Communications with the office and engineers on site have always been excellent, and we have no concerns in recommending their services to others.

Richard and Ben flushed the heating system and fitted our new boiler with the minimum of fuss and in less time than was originally forecast. Very happy with their service..

The team turned up on the appointed days on time . Before work they explained in easy terms what work was entailed and how they would carry the work out. At all times they were friendlyand polite. They finished the work within the estimated time. Explained how to use the new system in easy and clear terms. The whole work area was left clean and tidy and all scrap items cleared and taken away. The team on the various days were Alex then Steve & Ben and Richard When an emergency arose they responded immediately,

Used South Coast Boilers since moving into my house as I was messed about by the people who had installed. Always courteous when booking in, and are always willing to work around my busy schedule. Richard within between the agreed time slot. When greeted by 2 barking dogs, he took the time to greet them and put them at ease. He was thorough with his servicing of the boiler, he even checked all the radiators were working and bled them which I didn't expect him to do. Once he had finished, he talked me through the what had been done and advised future works for next service.

Had boiler service and gas check booked - different engineer to previous services but really friendly and knew his job really well- checked everything in a thorough and professional way and even did a smoke test on gas fire in front of me to show me the perfect results. Boiler was good checked it all out including emissions and even cleaned the magna clean which was good - very professional job thank you

We needed a new boiler urgently as ours had stopped working and it was freezing!I Phoned Sally on reception at 4pm ish and she was fantastic, she was straight on it, James phoned us 10 mins later to discuss our requirements, a few emails with detailed photos sent and within 30 mins a quote and 2 days later a new boiler. The boiler was fitted by Richard and Alex , great team very tidy and polite, they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. The heating has never worked so well ! They left all the areas clean and tidy, I would highly recommend.

They explained exactly what they were doing throughout the whole process and when they came up with any issues, they talked through the solutions with me.
