"We contacted South Coast Pest Control as we had an insect infestation in bedrooms. Having sent photos for identification Frank rang up and identified the type of insect. He gave some very useful advice such as that we needed to reduce the humidity and that was a better solution than using their services. It was such a relief to know the way forward and we asked if we could pay for his advice but they wouldn't take any money for it. We really valued his honesty in not recommending a fumigation. Communication was brilliant and fast. Would highly recommend this company."
