"I had my solar system upgraded april 2023 to retrofit solar batteries. A friend highly recommended Billy. I was very impressed with every aspect from start to finish, these guys are the perfect example of what tradesmen should be! An EV charger was later fitted and I have been really pleased again. What really blew me away though was the after care service, one of my batteries slowly developed an issue that resulted in failure over time. Billy went way above & beyond to honour his workmanship ensuring I recieved a replacement battery under warranty. I would rate above 5 stars if possible."
"Text Billy on a Sunday due to problems with an existing installation carried out by others. He communicated straight back even though I told him not to on a Sunday (very appreciated though) Arranged to come over the next day between a certain time. Text the next day to give me a more definite time. Turned up on time. Spent 3 hours dedicated to sorting out the problem with my batteries. Truly an exceptional man that is committed to providing the best service for his clients. Look no further and you will not be disappointed by the service that he gives. Very knowledgeable man. Thank you"
