From the outset, SP Builders were professional, friendly and great to work with - patient and understanding with kids and dogs as well. They completed the work to budget, on time and we honestly couldn’t be happier. They have made our vision a reality and their input and experience along the way proved invaluable. They helped us make the right decisions and some additional design cues have elevated the build. It’s been a real joy to work with such a great team, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to having them back for our future projects.

SP Builders did an excellent job combining the kitchen and utility room and fitting the kitchen. The work necessitated knocking down a wall, fitting an RSJ, creating a new door and bricking up the exisiting door. They used excellent trades people and they were all friendly and very professional. The kitchen fitting went really well and the attention to detail was first class. The work was completed to the agreed plan and the final cost was in line with the original estimate. They kept the worksite clean and tidy at all times and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I could not recommend enough all staff was polite and respectful, they was very helpful and thorough throughout the time of the work being done. Well worth choosing they keep things tidy as they can and always checked to make sure that we was happy with the jobs being done.

Me and my wife were absolutely over the moon with SP Builders. From start to finish the communication was great. We were regularly updated. We got to assess the progress throughout in a very transparent way. The quality of the work is superb and we felt that no time was wasted. I had a single storey rear extension completed by Nick ,Steve and the Team really pleased with the end result. The Team was all extremely professional, polite and very tidy and made the whole process seem very easy and provided excellent advice when required. A huge Thank you to all involved !

We have had work completed previously by Steve and Nick a few years ago and were so pleased with the outcome that we did not hesitate to contact them again when we were flooded back in October last year. Our Insurance company took a few months to dry out the premises but once this was complete Steve and Nick arranged for my ground floor to be fully tiled, decorated and refit my utility cupboards and worktops, fitting fire doors etc. Once again they did not disappoint us with the standard and quality of their work. We would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic job with no complications. They communicated effectively prior to starting and then worked incredibly hard to get the job done. They were very polite throughout and left no mess at the end of the work. What was a delicate job was carried out with minimal disruption to the existing structure and made safe. Excellent work and quality service

Honestly could not have wished for better builders. Steve and Nick carried out all our renovation and building work to a very high standard with a good eye for detail, even offering design suggestions . As well as dealing with our own sometimes quirky ideas along the way. The electricians and plasterers they used were equally great, and the work was carried out on time and to budget. They are also extremely tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending SP Builders to anyone for any project, large or small. Thank you

Very happy with the quality of work carried out by Steve, Nick and Bill. They worked on site every day until the project was completed. We lived on site throughout the project and they managed to work around us without any issues. They left the site clear and cleaned up each day. Steve and Nick had some fantastic suggestions on how to get the look that we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend SP Builders and Son Ltd and wouldn't hesitate to call them for future projects.

Kitchen was fitted very efficiently and looked amazing when it was finished. SP Builders were so helpful if we needed anything extra doing it was no trouble. They were always on time and were there when they said they would be and stayed until job was complete. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
