I could not fault the service provided by Sharon. She was very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her work. She ensured that everything was safe for the dogs and children in the garden. Receiving a text when she is 15 mins away for a planned visit is really useful. Highly recommended.

Sharon really knows her job, everything was explained in detail and her initial survey soon found the source of our rat problem and dealt with it fitting a one way valve to the main waste to prevent a reoccurrence and then following up with visits to ensure everything was sorted. Dealing with a rodent problem can be such a stressful and difficult time, but they made the entire process so easy and comfortable. All rats gone from garden in 3 visits - great value for money

Sharon was so efficient, friendly and professional. The problem was sorted quickly and her communication before and on visits was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Excellent work done in my home I had a possible squirrel in my roof everything to ensure that it was cleared was done professionally The communication was good as they messaged before heading to my home so I knew exactly their arrival time I had used the service to clear a wasp nest last year and again it was done professionally and thoroughly I would recommend again and use again if the need arose

Cleared ground wasp nest very efficiently and effectively. No wasps after the fumigation. Called on a Friday afternoon and they came within 2 hours.

In July, I discovered that it was a very good year for Rats. We had nests in our large garden and I called Sharon at SPC. The next day , she came to see what could be done, and thus started 3 months of treatment. This lady really knows her stuff ! We are now clear of the problem and I would have no hesitation in recommending SPC.

Extremely pleased with the service we received.Sharon and Ian are both friendly and gave reassurance. Responded to email inquiry within an hour (outside of office hours!), and a home visit within 2 days. A site visit was carried out and areas of vulnerability were swiftly identified and recommended solutions we could implement immediately whilst we waited for rats to take the bait. It took a couple of visits for us to identify the exact location of the rats to lay the bait in the right place but once we’d identified their location we quickly saw the desired results.House left clean and tidy
