Josh was great at communicating beforehand and super polite and friendly in person. He was able to assess the issue with the main water valve and resolve there and then. I have worked with Josh before and he is happy to visit and provide a quote prior to any works taking place. He is great at providing advice and he does not oversell on solutions. He offers practical advice and options.

I contacted check trade looking for plumber to sort out the toilet leaking .l was impressed with the standard of service l received. I asked him if he could fix more long out standing plumbing jobs . We've used Josh before for a job that didn't go too well, however he resolved those so smoothly and communicated so well we chose him again for this job. First off it was clear Josh wanted to work with us and not just supply a blanket solution, and he in general just communicates well and upfront so there's no surprises. This time there have been no surprises and the work he has done is great quality, and we'll 100% call on him again for any future plumbing work.

Josh and Pete were friendly, polite and courteous, They completely refurbished our en suite bathroom and did the work to a high standard. Whilst it took a little longer than we expected, due to the size of the tiles we had chosen, this was not a problem. The price was acceptable and the work exceptional. We Do Plumbing installed a home pump, new shower, and new tank in the roof. He was efficient yet detailed, really friendly and clear in explaining the work. Josh replaced the Stopcock in a newly purchased house, as well as the shut off valve for the outside. He did a great job, was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a good plumber, and will definitely be using him again if/when needed.

Josh responded promptly to the request for a quote, arrived when he said he would and was very clear about timescale and price. When it came to the job itself, the work was completed with no fuss and to a high standard, and the room was left as though he'd never been there. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Josh, and will be using him again in the future.

Josh was absolutely fantastic. He removed our old bathroom, dried out the walls, re plastered, repainted and fitted a beautiful new bathroom, plus he cleaned up after himself every day and removed all the rubbish at the end of the job. Throughout the whole process he checked we were happy with what he was doing. He was polite, calm, honest and reliable, and he gave us a very fair price. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom and would definitely recommend him. As well as being a great plumber, he’s just a really nice guy.
