"Oud daughter found this company via the internet and arranged a site visit for the followinf day, Friday. John arrived on time and was very helpful and measured up for fitting Sunday - but late Friday contacted to ask if fitting Saturday morning was acceptable - which it was. Arranged for 11am, he arrived at 10.45, by 11.30 the lift was installed and tested, operation carefully tested and explained by/to me, warranty and subsequent call-out (after warranty) charges explained. superb. Compared to new prices from "known names" his prices are superb. The local go-to man for a stairlift!! Thanks."
"John made the process of getting a stairlift installed a breeze. He was really helpful on the initial call, providing me with all the information I needed to think about. We booked in for a home quotation the following day, he came on a Sunday. John made us feel comfortable right from the start, he showed a genuine caring attitude. We felt comfortable & confident and went ahead with his quote and recommendations. John fitted the stairlift the following day within an hour, turning up at the time he promised. He ensure that we understood how it worked and took the time to show Mum how to use it"
