The biggest positives were that Steve was always contactable, he always answered his phone and he was great with communication and sorting out any questions or issues. He was also very present on the job from the start to the end. Another big positive was that the tradespeople Steve used were good at their jobs and were nice to have around (quite a big thing if you're having a lot of work done). I trusted Steve and found him to be very fair, especially when snags came up (like they do in any job)."
