Steve Turner Plumbing

Steve provides a great service always polite and prompt we have used for some years. He fitted a mixer tap for me a few months ago and it developed a fault recently. Steve turned up very promptly and rectified the issue in minutes charging nothing to put things right. Steve is a highly competent Plumber and comes highly recommended 10 out of 10. Thanks Steve great service yet again.

Steve did an excellent job upgrading the pipework for our tap and fitting the new unit to a very high standard. He clearly explained what needed improving, carried out the work efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. The upgraded pipework has made a noticeable difference to water flow and reliability. Steve was punctual, professional, and clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done properly and to a high standard.

On Christmas night, we found our bathroom floor flooding and finally managed to turn the stopcock off at 11pm. On Boxing day, we found and contacted Steve Turner. The problem was in an awkward corner, towards the floor, behind the toilet, where pipes disappear into the rear wall. Somehow we managed to take the photos he requested (neither of us can bend too well) and did our best to show/explain what had happened. Steve told us he would arrive at 10am the following morning, which was a GREAT relief to hear. He was extremely prompt, very courteous and fixed the problem completely !!!

Steve came when said he would do and communication throughout was good. I had an idea of the work needed and where I wanted it etc but his experience and knowledge assisted us in making the process simple and easy. Would recommend and use again.

Steve replied instantly to a message re a leaking toilet system. He arrived promptly at the earliest opportunity and was professional and polite with shoe covering. He assessed and advised how to manage the leak until he could reattend to fix the problem after obtaining parts. Unfortunately upon undertaking the work the leak became apparent had cause more damage than thought and was afftectly a much bigger job with more time needed and parts. Steve didn't faulter and in the end only charged £30 more than the initial quote. I would 100% recommend. Amazing and everything you would expect
