Really pleased with the service from Stevenage Fencing Services which had a garden side fence replaced and additional post repairs elsewhere. From the initial enquiry, Simon and his team were great, approachable, and easy to communicate with throughout. Suggested options for the work being done and provided a clear and reasonable quote. Once everything was arranged, arrived on time, carried out the work to a excellent standard, looks neat and really well put together. They also kept the area tidy and cleared away the old materials once the job was finished, which was appreciated. A straightforward and reliable service. Our back gate was relatively new but had dropped and was difficult to open and close and eventually cracked and split off with the hinges. Simon of Stevenage Fencing Services took my call for a quote to repair our gate. Simon returned with his colleague to complete the repair removing the broken wood and replaced the post realigning it to match the height to the other gate and the latch allowing the gate to open and close smoothly. Care was taken not to damage the house wall where the post was attached. This was a very efficient repair at a very reasonable price ,we were impressed and would recommend Stevenage fencing services to friends and family.

I needed some difficult repair work carried out on part of my existing concrete post and larch lap panel fencing which had been affected by close growing trees and their roots. This involved removing and re-installing a number of old concrete posts, supplying and installing new posts and lap panels. Included in the work was removal of the old concrete post supports and supply of all the necessary new posts, panels, concrete and disposal of all waste materials. Stevenage Fencing arrived on time, and left everything neat and and tidy when they left.

I had seen this companies work around the area and was impressed. After contact all dealings were straight forward. They were punctual, respectful to ones property, professional in the ways they carried out the work, did a fantastic job using quality materials and all at a reasonable cost. All work was done in extremely muddy conditions which they did their best to circumvent. What more could you ask.

We decided to book Stevenage Fencing Services after getting a comprehensive and very reasonable quote from Simon. We had new fencing panels, gate, concrete posts and concrete gravel boards fitted last week on the 9th and 10th Jan by John, Dan and Mark from Simon’s team. From when they started on the morning of the 9th (arriving at the exact time of 8.32am on each day!) to when they finished just after lunch on the 10th, they cleared the entire old fence and gate away, dug the holes and trenches needed to fit the concrete posts and gravel boards and fitted the new panels. All while being very careful of our property and cleaning up very well after themselves. Including short lunch breaks on both days they did the entire job and cleaned up within 10 hours total and in sub zero temperatures too! To say we are over the moon with the results would be an understatement, we are so happy to have been able to give such a wonderful local business our business and would highly recommend to anyone
