James is a grafter. He doesn't stop from turning up to leaving. Works quickly and efficiently. Very punctual, polite and brilliant at his trade. The materials he uses are smart, and have made our house look fab! Would easily recommend him.

Moving property and a few points raised from a house survey meant I needed some roof work doing. The chimney repointing, verge mortar repointing a dry verge installing. Seems a very busy company,took a while to get someone round for a quote.Strange seeing as we are always receiving leaflets through the door for them.Quite expensive for the length of time spent working,although very honest and gave us a reduction for work that didnt need doing.A lot of rubbish left lying around after the job which I had to sweep up.Nice polite man who certainly didnt try to invent jobs that didnt need to be done.

James came out to give an initial quote, sounded very confident in what the issue was from the get go and gave me a quote there and then for the work, on the day of the job, he took photos to confirm what the problem was, James kept me updated throughout the process. He’s friendly, polite and cracks on with the job. He also reaffirmed to me that there is a 10 year guarantee on the work and if any issues (none as of yet) to give him a shout. Thank you.

The fitter arrived on time when he said he would for both measuring up and installing the roof. The goods were delivered the day before, so work could start immediately on his arrival next day. The work was carried out efficiently and all mess was cleared away afterwards. Excellent work.
