Two bedroom windows required replacing. Stourbridge Windows were recommended by family, so I called them for a quote. There was no answer in the office but I was called back almost immediately. A date/time was arranged for measurements etc. They attended on time and were polite and attentive. The price provided was very reasonable (£1600) and the lead time was only a few weeks. The fitters were very polite and professional. They completed the job in a morning, left the rooms spotless, and took the old units away. Overall the service/communication has been excellent, start to finish.

Job from start to finish was dealt with very efficiently and reliably. Following my initial call, they came out to cost the job the same day and I received a quote within 24 hours. I was given an install date within a few days of my accepting the quote. The guys came and completed the job within 3 1/2 hours. All work completed to a high standard leaving no mess. I was very impressed.. And to Stourbridge Windows, thank you… Highly Recommended.

They always kept us up to date on progress throughout the process from the initial sale to completion. Their communication was also extremely good (never had to chase them). Excellent business. The owner, Jason is very friendly, polite, punctual and professional. The same goes for the fitters Kyle and Tyler. The whole process from requesting a quote to getting the windows fitted was very smooth. We had 6 new windows installed (one of which is a large bay). I am very happy with the work that was carried out and can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again to eventually replace our other windows!

Jason was as good as his word. He kept us up to date every step of the way, if he said he was going to call on a certain day he called. The two men Tyler and Kyle who fitted the windows worked very hard and didn’t stop even to eat their dinner and were very thorough. They cleaned up what little mess was made. They were courteous and polite throughout. Jason came when they arrived and came again when they finished to check the windows, he made a slight adjustment on one window. I can’t recommend them enough.

What a difference having 4 windows replaced can make! The previous owners decided to only change the front windows that were ‘visible’ leaving 4 very random and unsightly brown windows. Jason provided a prompt quote and offered advice around how we can make the windows cheaper and more modern. The windows came a lot faster than anticipated and they were able to get us a fitting date within days of them arriving. The lads that came over were nice, worked hard, and the work they have done is really quite remarkable. We were worried about the bathroom tiles but the new window looks neat, tidy

The fabricated windows look good quality and the removal of old windows and refitting was done neatly. The composite door looks great and feels more secure. Communication was really good, the fitters were tidy and courteous. They found a small crack in our lead flashing which they repaired for free. I'd highly recommended.

Jason and Shaun have just finished replacing all my windows and doors, including installing lintels and putting in a new French door where there was a window. From start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure! I had a number of quotes and Stourbridge Windows was the most competitive, they also filled me with the most confidence - Jason explained everything to me in ways I would understand, he kept me informed and the work was carried out to an impeccable standard. Stourbridge Windows installed new windows on both floors and a new composite door too. First of all, we are really happy with the composite door and the window units themselves. I'm glad that all windows have "trickle" vents to allow better air circulation; if you want it. Jason and the team were friendly, professional and tidy. There was a problem fitting a pane of glass in the door frame side, but Jason was back the next evening and sorted it in 5 mins. A excellent job all round by the team at Stourbridge Windows. I'd highly recommended.

I initially wanted a different door for my property, however Jason gave me different options of what would probably suit the house more, and inline with its features. My old front door was a plastic one of well over 20 years old. It was very draughty and we were having problems with the locking mechanism. Jason informed me of up-to-date designs and guided me through the options of either a repeat plastic door or composite one and the various colours, handles and other accessories that were available in both materials. The workmanship of the fitting of the new door was excellent. The men worked as a united team and cleared up afterwards. I am very pleased with the door. It matches the house well and is definitely draughtproof.

Jason and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Excellent communication made the process simple. Their workmanship and hard work was also fantastic. They’ve left us with a product that we are really proud of. Would highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of work.

Very pleased with the work carried out Jason and his men are reliable , take care to prepare areas to minimise mess and clear up afterwards, very neat with sealing areas around windows. The new windows have transformed my house, reduced noise and drafts.Would use them again and highly recommend them.
