My mother had a new mobility shower installed by Ian's company to replace an old bath, as well as a new basin and flooring fitted at the same time. The design and work were well specified and carried out by Ian and Valantin (his installer). My mother was very happy with how Ian listened to her needs and advised us on the best design to meet them. The work was initially quoted on the high end of our estimates. However Suffolk Mobility were flexible on price thereafter, and we agreed a mutually acceptable discount of circa 12% to proceed. The installer worked conscientiously and proactively, and we were pleased with the results He was happy to return promptly to fix one minor sealent issue arising after the installation. My mother is very pleased with her new bathroom and proudly shows it off to all her visitors. Overall this seemed a trustworthy and flexible company who put customer needs at the forefront of their approach. Recomended.

Fabulous job! This was a complete bathroom renovation and from conception through to completion everything was well thought out with great attention to detail, right down to the hinges on the cupboard! So incredibly happy with the end result, wouldn't hesitate to use Suffolk Mobility Solutions again and would highly recommend

Unable to comment on time of arrival and working hours as were away whilst work was done. They did arrive in good time to speak to us before we left. On arriving home found work completed, rubbish removed and everything tidy if a bit dusty. Ian was great to deal , polite , friendly and very helpful. Very pleased with the job. Have already recommended to a friend.

Suffolk Mobility Solutions did an excellent job of installing a Walk in Shower, retiling some of the wall and laying new floor tiles in my bathroom. Ian Bell the manager of the company went out of his way to find matching wall tiles and the most suitable flooring for me. I would not hesitate in highly recommending Suffolk Mobility Solutions to anyone.

So pleased I found Suffolk Mobility on mybuilder.com. They were so sympathetic to my parents' situation and needs. They are professional, efficient and their work is excellent and finished to a high standard. We will be using them again. Highly recommended.

There was a fault with the Mira shower, but Mira replaced the cartridge with the week. We are very pleased with the bathroom and the job was completed within 5 working days.

Ian and his staff were very helpful and I would recommend his company. The work was completed to a very high standard.

Ian could not be more helpful nothing was too much trouble and was always making sure we were Happy at ever stage of the installation .Jamie the fitter done a really fantastic job ,cleaned up after him each day & nothing was to much bother and explained was he was doing that day . We found the work of removing and laying a new wet room floor excelent. The job was done very efficiently done. They were very promp and clean. Ian was very helpful and knowlegable. I would certainly recomend him and use again.

I can personally recommend Suffolk Mobility from the first contact Ian Bell (owner) kept us in touch with aspects of the work. His men were courteous and very helpful and always cleaned up every day after their work had finished.

From our initial contact until completion and sign off of our Bathroom Alterations, Ian Bell was both extremely helpful in all ways and extremely patient. Ian agreed an early appointment to view our bathroom, discuss works needed and took time to discuss all works and the implications with my Mum and I. Ian advised upon Showers, Raised Toilets, Grab Rails etc as available - discussed at length until we agreed best specification for my mums requirements. Time was never an issue with Ian. A realistic commencement date for works was confirmed - works commenced exactly to the noted date. Ian's Fitter - Jamie was an excellent fitter to have. Again extremely polite and considerate of my Mums needs during the works. No short cuts taken, all works completed to an excellent standard. End of works, all documentation passed over to us. A recommendation for sure from us - thank you Ian.
