Nathan was really punctual and arrived when he said he would. He initially came over to fix a leak and then agreed to return a few days later to replace a toilet. Nathan was really helpful in advising which toilet to buy and returned exactly when he said he would to complete the work, which was done to a high standard. Would definitely use again - thank you!

Asked for a call back at 5pm last night and got a message from Jordan about half an hour later. Was able to set up an appointment the following morning due to the issue with my bath drain leaking. Arrived on time and got the work done swiftly and to a high standard. Even showed me the issued when I asked while replacing the parts. Number is saved on my phone and will be contacting them again for any plumbing issues.
