Joe came around the following week to have a look and said he could sort this by raking out the cracks and bung in a load of filler (brand new boards and plaster) I told him I’ve been in the building trade for over 30 years and that this needs replastering. 2 days later I mist coated the ceiling and then 2 coats of expensive kitchen paint Cracking happened again. No response from Joe. It’s delayed other trades coming. Not happy."
