"Conor and James came to build us a media wall. From start to finish they were excellent, we.told them what we wanted they mocked up a design it wasn't quite right for us so we tweeked it and we were ready to go. They arrived when they said they would and started work. They are very tidy and worked all day. They are both very polite and excellent at what they do. The media wall was done in 2 days and have said they will be back to check on an issues if we have any. I can't rate these enough. If I need anymore doing they will be my first shout."

The quality of work was better than DIY after a second remedial visit. The cost of 2 drawers and one hanging rail in an existing cupboard was £1400. I made the mistake of not getting drawings to agree the precise specification. As a result they made the drawers to only 2/3 depth which meant lots of space behind the drawers is wasted. Charge for materials was roughly 250% of what a quick online search yielded was the cost would have been to me, retail. I asked for a reduction in the invoice and they refused.
We had no response initially following our request for estimates via Checkatrade. Followed up 2 weeks later via their website directly. no response for 2 weeks, then an email asking what work we want done. I replied with pictures and a description. I had to chase. Another 2 weeks, then an email asking when would be best to visit. Arranged visit and they didn't show up. Called and asked why - said they were too busy - no apology.
