Excellent work ,everything clean and tidy, I shall certainly recommend.

Picked the name from brochure and could`nt have picked better. The gentleman told me who would be in to see me between 11 and 3 and he turned up at 2. looked at the job and told me what was wrong and he would book an appointment for next week. when he got to his van he found the valve he needed but it wasn`t silver but white and I said that was ok so he came and fitted it there and then. He was polite and thorough and I would have no hesitation in using this firm again. I recommend them to anyone.

Had a new shower installed by Duke. The shower works perfectly, he was friendly and polite, the workspace was left clean and tidy afterwards and he made sure to inform us to register the new shower for the guarantee. All in all am very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to friends and use his services again.

Mr Duke Benson fixed our heating system in a proficient and knowledgeable manner. He left us with good advice on how to continue maintaining a working system. We would recommend Mr Benson as your plumber to go to.

After first Plumber gave Quote of £2,000 for a new Hot Water Cylinder and then failed to turn up for two days, I cancelled the job and employed Duke, a very reliable sole Trader. Duke stated Hot Water Cylinder was fine and sorted a problem with Overflow Pipes and a Ball Valve. Also, recommended additional work as a precaution which took the total to £320. Excellent...Reasonable Charge...Recommend without hesitation.

Arrived as promised on time and quickly resolved my problem. Duke was very polite and professional and cleaned up before he left. I would use his services again.

Contacted the above service off of a recently delivered C-a-T pamphlet. The proprietor introduced himself as being Duke, and established that he could assist with my problem. He gave a time and date at which he could attend and advised that if he was held up and not able to make the appointment, he would contact me to re-arrange another suitable time and date. He turned up as per, he proceeded to the work required, he finished within the time-frame and he cleaned up after he was finished. His price for the work was considered to be acceptable. He left after testing and giving his guarantee.

What an absolute star Duke is. Invited to quote for a relatively important replacement valve he undertook to also quote for two minor plumbing issues elsewhere quite happily and honestly. All work was completed within two days without any problems or delays. He is a genuine, honest, unassuming, consummate professional that is so desperately hard to find these days.

Duke was absolutely brilliant would highly recommend him to anyone he carried out the work perfectly and was great on communication and detail arrived on time actually was a little bit early which was even better. We contacted Duke via Checkatrade. He made an appointment for the following week to look at our faulty shower. We were happy to have a new one fitted and a date was made for Duke to install it. He arrived promptly with the new shower unit and removed the faulty unit before installing the new shower which is 100% improvement. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly within an hour and the cost was as quoted. Very happy with the standard of work and would definitely recommend Swift Plumbing and Drainage.

I have no problems with the work carried out, it was done efficiently and I was kept informed. My only problem was I thought the fee was a touch excessive but may be in line with all other plumber's fees. However, there was no call out charge unless that was in the quoted fee which was for the work to be carried out not per hour.

He is a superb worker and left everything totally clean.
