Appliance engineer found reversed polarity in wiring. Paul and Steven (? spelling) came, confirmed fault and found other faults. They dealt with them all. They were knowledgeable, polite and hard-working, cleaning up before they left. I can highly recommend them.
Paul was so helpful and understood my needs exactly. He communicated with me all the time so I felt confident I knew what was happening. He was sensitive to my budget and worked to save me money. He is careful and neat. An excellent service.
Mr Talbot is excellent and reliable. He and Steven arrived at promised time, identified the problem with my oven but also checked the appliance further and found a second serious fault which condemned the oven. With Christmas approaching (and trade holidays) I had to move fast, purchase another oven, and had the supplier put it into back of my car (Mr Talbots suggestion). I contacted him and they returned to install the new appliance, doing all the removing and lifting work plus electrics. This whole job was resolved in three and a half hours. Excellent service and fair pricing, I recommend this firm completely.
Mr Talbot has come to our house for many years. We can't imagine what we would do without him! He and his team are completely reliable, never fail to respond and are always so polite, professional and get the job done with a smile. Mr Talbot always takes great care of his customers.
