Fast and friendly service from Dean. Replied quickly, discussing the work that needed doing and asking for photos so he could see what was required. Sent through a detailed estimate and we managed to make an appointment within a few days. Dean was great, explaining the work he was going to do and why. Even helped with plumbing in the washing machine. IWould certainly recommend!

Dean was fantastic- identified problems and explained them so I could understand. Identified issues and wrote report which directed other contractors to a problem they had missed. Then went the extra mile to make sure that the toilets in a very hard water area worked like new. Can not recommend him highly enough.

Dean responded quickly to an emergency repair after a leak from an underfloor heating pipe caused part of the ceiling to collapse. He arrived on short notice and, despite the pipework being non-standard, sourced the correct parts and returned the next day to complete the repair at the agreed price. Throughout the process he was polite, communicative and extremely helpful. I’d happily recommend him.

Dean was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Replaced our broken shower - communication was great before, during and after, despite unforeseen complications. He was punctual and professional throughout, as well as being a pleasure to engage with on a personal level. Highly recommended to anyone that needs any kind of plumbing work done.
