Communicated via check a trade app, always quick to respond. Arranged a day and a time, 13.30, he informed me that he was running late at 12.30, which is good. He arrived as advised at 13.45. All fixed and even tightened the toilet seat in both the onsuite and my family bathroom FOC. The bill was £10 less than the quote and no mess left, I would definitely recommend him and will use his services moving forward.

SDM diagnosed and brought the replacement with him. Unfortunately it was not the right size and went to source the item at a local plumbers store. Great job, and would recommend to any one.

Stephan came out and diagnosed the issue with the tap straight away . Offered me 2 options. To replaced the cartridges in the tap or replace the whole tap. We opted for replacement. Both punctual and very professional. Will be our go to plumber going forward !

Stephan arrived on time and carried out several tap repairs and repaired/replaced waste fittings that was leaking., which I have had several other companies out that completely wasted my time as if it was beneath them. The cost was very reasonable in my opinion and left the work areas very clean and tidy once he had finished. Will definitely use Stephan again.
