New combi boiler and 2 x radiators. Very decent and professional installer, checked and tested system fully and carried out works to the best standards. Attended back next day to re-check system to confirm all ok. Would recommend Jake as a friendly and trusted engineer in any heating and boiler repairs/upgrades required.

Jake came initially to fix our boiler. He kept us informed of the errors, and replaced the necessary parts. When it became clear that repair was n longer cost effective, he involved us in the decision and returned to fit a new Valiant boiler. There was no hard sell, and it felt he was doing the best thing for us.

Jake was excellent on the first job he did for my mum's faulty boiler. He identified and explained everything he was doing. He checked our boiler guarantee was valid so we could get parts under it if needed (this option was not made aware to us by a previous gas engineer we used). Jake explained the options and the various outcomes. He also did some extra radiator checks I ask him to look into. I needed an urgent repair in February and he kindly came out at short notice that Sunday. He identified the issue, and how long it would take for the ordered part to come guarantee . We ended up not using that option as we needed it asap; Jake was able to locate a new part and fit it within a day. From He has been excellent from professionalism from quotation to completion of work. We will be using Jake for our annual service and would recommend TGC Heating to anyone.

I have found Jake to be very professional as I have now used him several times to come out to plumbing issues with tenants. His standard of work is very high and prices consistanly competitive. For this reason I now use Jake for all plumbing work. Tenants are always happy to deal with Jake and I have only had complimentary feedback. Jake is brilliant and a really nice chap! We’ve used him a number of times over the past few years for boiler, heating (including underfloor) and radiator work. He’s always on time, friendly, trustworthy, explains everything clearly, clean, his prices are fair and his work is always to a high standard - for example he recently fitted a new column radiator (see image) in our son’s room which we’re well pleased with.
