Rest assured your boiler will be serviced/repaired to the highest standards expected by the manufacturer and yourselves. I focus on offering a quality service at an affordable price, taking great pride in my workmanship. While I’m passionate about my job I also love to get to know my customers while I work.

Service and boiler repair done professionally and friendly and as quick as it could be done. Located in Newcastle and on a Baxi boiler. Definitely recommend

The annual service was completed as scheduled, and the technician's time management was excellent. However, the billing process caused some confusion. We were unaware that the boiler inspection and cylinder pressure check are itemized charges, a policy that was only disclosed during the service. To prevent future misunderstandings, we recommend providing customers with a full fee breakdown, including VAT, at the time of scheduling.

Boiler not working Great guy, very professional and was able to come out and repair my boiler quickly. Offered some advice to help prevent future problems as well.

Boiler leaking
Steve came to service my Baxi boiler for the first time , he kept me informed when he was coming and carried out the service, I will be using him again .Very pleased with everything .
Baxi Combi 105 HE - Not heating hot water - Flashing 60 degree light Steve was a nice guy and very professional. He took time to explain what caused the issue, and what would be required to fix it, which was appreciated. The service overall from The Boiler Co was excellent and better than expected. Would recommend and certainly use again in future, though hopefully will not need to!

Steve installed our boiler a couple of years ago , and has maintained the equipment twice . His standard of work has been excellent , and I’m very happy with the service he provides . Reminders of renewal dates are sent timely , allowing the visit to be planned in at a convenient time . I was kept informed of attendance times via text - all very handy when arranging times to be home . I have recommended Steve to a few friends , who have also ‘ sang his praises’. I have no hesitation in recommending The Boiler Co. north East .

Steve has serviced our boiler and fixed it. He is very helpful and goes over and above to make sure work is done. I would recommend.
We tried all of the usual things ourselves but it became clear we needed a professional. Steve came out and fixed a faulty valve . We had hot water again !within the hour . Ordered new part and returned to fit it. Good price ,clear about what was needed and we have asked him to return to do further work . Can’t recommend highly enough .
