Highlights

"Very efficient and friendly customer service. They were able to send someone round quickly to diagnose the issue with our fridge-freezer, which stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. And did so at a competitive price. The specialist arrived on time, was very professional, and whilst unable to fix on the spot, was very helpful in advising that, given the issue was a complex one related to the compressor, the cost of a repair would be more than the cost of buying a new one and advised us to do the latter. Would recommend."

"The company responded very quickly and an engineer arrived soon after. He fixed the problem by removing several items from the drainage channel including a Colour Catcher which he advised against using in future. Very helpful will definitely use them again."

"AJ was very punctual, professional and friendly when he came to look at our dishwasher - I'd highly recommend. (He also didn't mind two very curious cats while he worked, which was a bonus!)"

Smart checks

Before you hire an electrician

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
