I had my bathroom completely renovated by Steven and the team from The Kitchen and Bathroom Guys, and I couldn’t be happier. They turned a tired old space into a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, new tiles, flooring, and a ceiling-mounted Aqualisa rain shower. The team were always on time, tidy, and professional. The finish is perfect, the price matched the quote, and the result is stunning. Highly recommend!

Steve, Lloyd and the team did an excellent job on my re-vamped bathroom. All the contractors used were also very good (electricians, plasterer, and tilers). Looked a but austere beforehand but now much more clean and modern. Full quote itemised and provided too so you know where you stood with it as things progressed and changed. Steve and Loyd are really great guys. So friendly and accommodating and all the contractors they used were also very nice, so customer service was exceptional. The work was really great, and the finish was excellent. I highly recommend using them, especially if you are anxious about spending a lot of money and choosing the right people (as we were) our worries were soon put to rest as the bathroom took shape. I will be using them again for sure.

After another tradesman let us down I looked online and called Steve to see if he was available at short notice. Response was quick and customer focused….. he shifted things around to be able to book us in the following week (aligned to our expectation) and the materials were ordered immediately. Our leaky shower has been stripped out and replaced with a very solid concrete base, resin tray and new screen. Hassle free, efficient and tidy. Thank you.

Owing to faulty workmanship by tilers in previous years, water was leaking through to the wall making many of the tiles loose. The shower cabinet had to be disassembled so that faulty tiles could be removed in order for repairs to be made. We had numerous large modern large tiles applied together with an update of the showering equipment, finally the shower cabinet was reassembled. The two workmen took four days to carry out a very fine piece of work for an acceptable price. So we would use them again.

Very professional and quality work

Steve and Lloyd (self-employed-Lloyd) were incredible. Excellent workmanship, really kind and helpful. We were so happy with the work that we asked them to quote for our en-suite before they left and we’ll be booking them in to do that soon. Would recommend. Will definitely use again.

Steve and Lloyd priced the job in Nov 22 and, have to agree with previous reviewer to say it felt reassuring to know we had a deposit held against the start date. Very good system there. Arrived on time with good communication and advice on hand to help us order in what was needed. Excellent workmanship throughout the duration of the refit (exceptional tiling) and pleasant to have around the house. Courteous, professional and generally tidy overall. I contacted Steve in distress last friday morning as my engagement ring fell in a gap we had between the wall and our bathroom floor. Many other people from this website didn’t want to take the job as it was too small for them. But Steve came on the day to give me a quote and started the process to retrieve my ring. Today we finally found the ring deep down in the house foundations and that was thanks to Steve and his never giving up attitude. I will be forever grateful to him and will recommend him to anyone as he not only did the job but also was empathetic with my stressful situation
